Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
Items must be returned with original packaging and tags attached
Proof of purchase is required

Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. These will be clearly stated on the product page.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
